Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of RemoPay (remopay.app) and its calculators (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What RemoPay is

RemoPay provides free, browser-based calculators aimed at freelancers and remote workers (rate, tax, invoicing, and related tools). The Service requires no account and does not store the figures you enter.

2. Not professional advice

RemoPay is informational only. Nothing on the Service is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Every calculator produces an estimate based on simplified assumptions and general rates, which may not reflect your specific circumstances, current law, or the latest rates in your jurisdiction. Always confirm figures with a qualified professional (an accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer) before making financial or business decisions.

3. Accuracy of results

We aim to keep the assumptions behind each calculator (tax bands, rates, thresholds) reasonably current, but we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tax rates, thresholds, and rules change, and calculators may not reflect the most recent update at the moment you use them.

4. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Service links to third-party platforms (for example on the Resources page). We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Some of these links are, or may become, affiliate links — see our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at disproportionate scale, or use it to build a competing product from its underlying content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, and written content of RemoPay belong to RemoPay unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to use the calculators for your own personal or business purposes; you may not copy or republish the site's content or code as your own.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemoPay is not liable for any decisions made, or losses incurred, based on a calculator's output or any linked third-party service.

8. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact
